Master Plan

The former Wainui-o-mata College/Intermediate site has gone through a rigorous master planning design phase. Below are two options, option 1 with the existing gym and option 2 (without). Note, the below is for the entire development, but it will be completed in stages - stage 1 and detailed plans were showcased at the hui.
